How To Purchase A Boone Student Parking Permit

1. You are required to provide the your name the Year, Make & model of the vehicle, a valid license plate number, and a valid phone number.
2. Payments can be made via credit or debit card. We also accept PayPal. You will receive an emailed receipt of your purchase. We do not use paper billing.
3.  Your parking permit must be visible and properly displayed at all times.                       
4.  We do not allow permit swapping unless registered owner needs to swap due to changing vehicles. If the permit does not match the  registered vehicle and owner, you will be fined or evicted from the lot. LMS reserves the right to authorize a temporary  or permanent permit swap under certain circumstances like, purchase of new vehicle or vehicle is in the shop. .
