The best way to contact us directly is by emailing or calling the Area Manager for your lot location. 

The Area Manager is the sole authority in charge of Parking Enforcement , and makes all decisions for that location. All Decisions are final, and no Area Manager has the authority to override another. 

Any emails or correspondence sent to LMS, will be forwarded to the Area Manager over your location.
